ATTIRE: Dressy Casual. Athletes follow LTHS dress code for school dances.

**Athlete's banquet cost is paid for by the Booster Club.

Additional guests (parents, grandparents, siblings, *dates, etc.) are invited and may attend for an additional cost of $40 each. *Senior athletes only.

The program will include an italian buffet dinner (please indicate if a special diet meal is requested), brief booster club meeting, comments, and awards from the coaches.
